About Relax & Rejuvenate

spa dcRelax & Rejuvenate On-Site Spa Services is the revolutionary idea of Suzanne Owen, a former Estee Lauder Companies executive with nearly two decades of experience in the Spa and Beauty Industry. Suzanne’s background in technician education/training, sales and spa development for the AVEDA brand brings a unique perspective to Mobile Spa services – that of a spa owner and client instead of that of a technician.

Her partner in Relax & Rejuvenate is also her partner in life, her husband Conan Owen. Conan, who spent nearly 7 years as a strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, logged over 1,500 nights in hotels in his travels and has first-hand knowledge of what travelers want and need from mobile spa services.

Together they have created a new concept in the Spa Industry.

Our Unique Service Model

Relax & Rejuvenate is the only true, nationwide, mobile spa service company.

Firstly, we are not a referral agency, like so many other mobile massage services. The overwhelming majority of our services are performed by Fulltime Employees, some of whom have worked for us for many years. All of our part-time technicians have been personally interviewed, screened for professionalism as well as technique by one of our managers and one of our fulltime employees. We DO NOT use random technicians found on other websites or the phone book. All of our technicians hold appropriate licenses to practice as well as professional liability insurance and have passed background and/or drug tests.

Secondly, we are a Mobile SPA company, not just a massage provider. We use the finest products available in our treatments – Fresh, a division of LVMH Luxury Brands – which you can find as such fine retailers as Saks, Neiman Marcus, Blue Mercury and Sephora. We also offer a full range of spa treatments – massage, nail care and skin care – all featuring Fresh products.

Finally, we are the only Mobile Spa company in the country with a professional Quality Assurance program. Our services – from the reservations process to service delivery to billing – are tested by Mystery Shoppers from Coyle Hospitality Group, a leader in Spa Quality Control surveys.
